The Villas

The villas are 1400 square feet in area with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and have a large vestibule hall leading directly into a large airy living room with cathedral ceiling.

The living rooms are tastefully furnished with a 3 seater settee (adaptable into a double bed), a love seat and matching armchair. The living room overlooks a secluded garden to the rear and has sliding door access into a covered lanai. The lanai is furnished with a patio table and four chairs.

There is a formal dining area with dining table, buffet and many other individually chosen extras such as paintings and exclusively created floral art.
There is also a 32" screened Television set with DVD and CD players connected.

We also provide free of charge, access to a computer with wireless internet access. This has a 19" TFT monitor complete with colour printer. This has conveniently been fitted onto a portable trolley which is located in the master bedroom closet and can be moved to any location within the villa for your unlimited use.

The master bedroom has an en suite bath/and or shower area with a separate vanity area complete with wall mounted hair dryer. There is a large walk in closet with extensive hanging and storage space. This room has a king sized bed with bedroom furniture including night stands with 2 lamps for reading, chest of drawers and vanity unit gives ample drawer storage. The bedroom also contains a 27" television, seating area and a full length sliding glass doors giving access to the lanai.

The second bedroom consists of a set of twin beds, a large fitted closet side table with lamp and has a 19" TV mounted on a TV table. The windows look out to the front of the property.

The second bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom and is accessible from the vestibule. This has a bath/shower room with a separate vanity area

All towels and linens are provided

The kitchen is large and airy and has a dining area and also a breakfast bar. This also has windows to the front of the property and has an integral door giving private access to the garage. It is fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, cooking pans, utensils and a full range of crockery and glass wear.
There is also a utility area complete with washer and dryer.

There is an integral garage for one vehicle with automatic door opener which will be left for the convenience of our guests.

The villa is non smoking and Timberwoods association do not allow pets in the villas.

We have tried to think of ideas which will make your stay comfortable and make your stay in our villa a memorable occasion.
